- Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics.
- Phone and SMS interaction records when you call or text us.
2.3 Call recordings
Per CMS Final Rule 2026, all Medicare-related sales calls are recorded and retained for 10 years. You will be informed at the start of any such call.

- To comply with CMS regulations, state insurance laws, and audit requirements.
4. Information we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketers.
- We do not share your information with insurance carriers other than the carrier(s) you choose to enroll with.
- We do not use your data to send spam or unrelated marketing.
5. Information sharing
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With insurance carriers — only those you select for enrollment.
- With service providers — CRM, calendar, email, SMS, and call-recording vendors that operate under contractual confidentiality requirements.
- For legal compliance — when required by CMS, federal/state regulators, court orders, or law enforcement.
- In a business transaction — if Up Planning Edge LLC is sold, merged, or restructured, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access & correction: request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccuracies.

- Do Not Call: if you ask not to be contacted by phone, we will honor that request.
- State privacy rights: Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws (CA, CO, CT, VA, etc.) have additional rights under those laws — contact us to exercise them.
7. Data security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards — encrypted transmission, access controls, password protection, and trained personnel — to protect your information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; you share information at your own risk.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
